In Medieval and Renaissance Europe, Lapis Lazuli was ground up and used as the blue pigment of Mary’s robes in historical works of art during a time where, imported from Afghanistan, it was more valuable than gold. 

Ethiopian brass is made using traditional African metalwork methods. 

Lapis Lazuli rosaries of this quality typically average $120+, but I believe everyone should be able to have a rosary they love at an affordable price.
